Shade structure is made up of 3 distinct pieces;
1/ Posts.
2/ Side trusses that go around the perimeter.
3/ Centre truss that goes at the ½ way point.
The consequence of this is that you will need differing #s of pieces depending on whether or not you are building a single freestanding structure or adding on to an existing one.
There are then 3 options.
1/ Freestanding 20’ x 20’ 4 posts, 4 side trusses, 1 middle truss
Price $2000
2/ Add on to single unit 20’ x 20’ 2 posts, 3 side trusses, 1 middle truss (since the 4rth side truss and 2 posts are provided by the first unit).
Price $1500
3/ Add on to complete a square structure where two sides already exist. 1 post, 2 side trusses, 1 middle truss.
Price $1000
4/ Complete 20’ x 60’ structure is $4750
Each of these would include the shade cloth for the top.
Add HST to all prices.
