Description
Salad greens mixer. Very heavy duty. 1/2 hp 3 phase motor on it. Controlled with a VFD which allows single phase input but allows you to have variable speed control of the motor.
Holds two bins of aprox. 7 lb. each. We would mix for 5 min. but that is controlled by a timer.
