The bulk of plant handling gets done by the transplanters. They handle the plants from seedling to finish.
It all starts with a seed or cutting in the soil. After the seedling or cutting are well rooted they are transplanted into a larger container. Depending on the plants that container may be the final container that they are sold in or an interim one.
We often get people who are interested in getting back in the work force or have other part time commitments doing this job.
At this time we only need people who are willing and able to drive a tractor to help move plants as well as transplant.
