A group of Open Voices choir members made a surprise visit to our greenhouses on Saturday afternoon!

People have been trying to find good Fuchsia hanging baskets and the vegetable Kale. We have lots of both.

What a wonderful sentiment to garden by and in fact to live life with! The act of gardening by its nature of dealing with … nature (pun intended) means that sometimes you will get it wrong and sometimes you will get it right.

What we would like to do at Burt's Greenhouses is help you to see things "from the plant's point of view". The result of this will hopfully turn the gardening experience that you have into something different from mere landscaping into nothing less than your engagement (and hopefully marriage!) with nature.
